PAPAYA CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

PAPAYA - 2LB


SUGAR - 1/4LB

GHEE - 1/4CUP

RICE FLOUR - 1/4CUP

CASHEW NUTS - FEW


MILK - 1TBLSP(Boiled and then cooled)


CARDAMOM POWDER - 1TSP






Take the papaya and peal it, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces.and grind them into a smooth paste.




Take a pan add some ghee and heat it.Take the cashew nuts and fry them and remove them a side. Take the rice flour and fry little and put a side.


Now take the papaya paste into pan and cook for 10 min.




Now place the lid keeping little open to let the vapor out, then add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for some more time. While mixing the paste, add rice flour and very little milk to make the paste thick. Later add ghee and keep mixing until the color change dark.






Now take a plate add some ghee on top of the plate then place the paste to start making a shape.





Tip: If the Papaya paste in the pan is not thickening, sprinkle rice flour while cooking/mixing the paste.
